Master Chuck Cory
Master Chuck Cory began his study of Kung Fu San Soo in early 1970. Upon receiving his black belt, Master Cory began studying San Soo directly under Jimmy H. Woo. In 1974 Master Cory opened his first school in North Hollywood. Thousands of men, women, and children have studied under him.
Master Cory has taught San Soo to the physically challenged, and has designed and run rape prevention classes, as well as specialized programs for military and law enforcement personnel. In Jan. 1983, Grand Master Jimmy H. Woo awarded Chuck Cory the rank of Master of San Soo.

Master Cory continued teaching San Soo until Feb. 1992, when he turned the school over to one of his top students. He then settled in Dearborn Heights, Michigan and helped create San Soo Michigan. Since that time, he has settled in the Nashville area.
All of the San Soo Tennessee schools listed are directly traced back to his teachings from Grandmaster Jimmy H. Woo. We are truly honored to have him in our community.
